But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


番茄牛腩 西红柿炖牛肉
这个食谱我采用了电压力锅制作,省事省力,适合日常在家烹饪。也可以使用普通锅炖煮,慢火熬炖味道更足。如果使用普通锅炖煮时间要久一些,根据牛肉部位的不同炖煮时间1小时至2小时不等。

📃用料清单:
牛肉 1公斤
西红柿 3-4个
葱 1根
姜 3-4片
花椒 3g
八角 半颗
香叶 3片
番茄酱 5g
料酒 15g
生抽 15g
老抽 3g
糖 3g
盐 1g
香菜少许(可省略)

📃Ingredients
Beef for stew 2 lbs
3-4 Tomatoes
1 Green Onion
3-4 slices of ginger
Sichuan Peppercorns 1tsp
Half Star anise
3 Dried Bay Leaves
Tomate Paste 1 Tsp
Cooking wine 1 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 Tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp(Optional)
Sugar 1/2 tsp
salt 1/4 tsp
Cilantro for garnish(Optional)
