💥2 INSTANT POT KETO RECIPES | Keto Beef Stew & White Chicken Chili

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Two evenings last week during my recent freezer/pantry challenge I made TWO different Instant Pot Keto recipes. I know you’ll low these love carb recipes. They should also be gluten-free (as always check your products and packaging for gluten…it’s sneaky!). Both of these Keto recipes for the Instant Pot would also work well as Trim Healthy Mama S-meals (low carb/high fat).

In today’s Instant Pot Keto Recipes video I made a low carb White Chicken Chili one night. The next night I made a Keto Beef Stew with radishes instead of potatoes.
