🥗4 + 1 Healthy Freezer Meals in 30 Minutes | Keto, Low Carb, Gluten Free – Instant Pot or Crockpot
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
It took me about 30 minutes to assemble these 4 healthy freezer meals plus stick one in the Instant Pot for our family to eat that night, too!

Instant Pot White Chicken Chili (no beans for low carb)
and we’re freezing:
Herbed Pork Chops with Cream Sauce
Low Carb Orange Chicken
Creamy Italian Chicken Soup
Bolognese Sauce (to be served with zoodles)
