But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

This is a great bread that can be made fresh everyday without the use of an oven, it goes great with eggs, peanut butter, nutella, or even grilled cheese.
4 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp flaxseed powder
1 egg
3/4 tbsp olive oil
Whisk the egg and add the almond flour and flaxseed oil mix it well then lastly add the oil and mix again, use a 2×2 bowl or container, now you can either make one cut of bread or you can divide the mixture in two and have two thin slices of bread…. Pop it in the microwave for 1 minute and make sure to let it cool on a wire rack as the bottom does acquire a little soggy. This bread should preferably be eaten fresh. Top it with peanut butter or my homemade nutella (the video should be coming out soon) or have with eggs.
