Hello everyone! Welcome to my newest video! This is an incredible recipe that’s super simple and fast to make. I tried it for the first time and fell in love. Because it contains pasteurized cream cheese, it is not something I would eat daily but more of a special treat every few months or so.

I hope this recipe inspires you to acquire creative in the kitchen! I used honey as a sweetener but feel free to use what you feel most comfortable with. If you use something more granular love monk fruit, your cheesecake may be more stiff and dry (in a excellent way). There is NO ADDED SUGAR here. I used honey so you can see towards the stop of the video my cheesecake was very moist.
