But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Fiesta Potatoes

(Makes 2 servings)
4 pre steamed potatoes
1 cup black beans
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup corn
2 cups kale
1/2 onion minced
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt to taste

chop your potatoes into chunks and add them into a big saucepan over medium heat with the rest of your ingredients. Cover and cook 10 minutes until warm.

Mashed Garlic Potatoes and Kale Sauce

3 cups kale
1 cup mushrooms sliced
1/4 onion chopped
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder

3 pre steamed potatoes chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt to taste

In a big saucepan over medium heat add in your kale, mushrooms, onions, balsamic, soy sauce and garlic powder. Cover and cook 2 minutes and then take the lid off and cook until all the moisture at the bottom of the pan evaporates. Set aside.

For the mashed potatoes add 1/4 cup of water into your sauce pan with your potatoes and garlic. Cover and let boil for 5 minutes. Mash together and add salt to taste. Add into bowl with kale saute and add sauerkraut/black pepper if you love.

Perfect fries

3-4 potatoes cut into fry shapes
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to broil. Sprinkle your potatoes with seasoning and add them onto a baking tray. Let them broil 3-5 minutes and then flip them and broil again 3-5 minutes until crispy. Eat with ketchup or marinara in lettuce cups.
