Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

I love breakfast. It is one of my favorite things out of my whole day! ha ha. But, mornings can be wild with my husband leaving to work, getting the kids ready for school, and me running to the gym before everyone wakes up. make ahead Breakfasts are really my go to.
