Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

These are three of the easiest, healthy, side-dish recipes you will find! Each one is less than 3 ingredients and they are literally dump-and-go recipes!

How to make hard-boiled eggs in an Instant Pot (2:19):
We love hard-boiled eggs and put them on everything! They’re a delicious snack or breakfast; they go great on salads and on sandwiches… we make about 6 a week and just always have them on hand!

HOW TO make HARD-BOILED EGGS IN THE INSTANT POT (6:41):
put your wire rack in the bottom of your instant pot.
Add as many eggs as you would love (4-12 is usually what we do).
Seal your lid and make sure the vent is set to sealing.
Cook on “Manual” for 5 minutes.
Natural release for 5 minutes.
Rinse under cold water until cool to the touch (can also use an ice bath).
Peel and enjoy!

HEALTHY GREEK YOGURT DEVILED EGGS (here’s the link to the recipe I mention in the video: https://tone-and-tighten.com/greek-yogurt-deviled-eggs.html)

HOW TO make STEAMED CARROTS IN THE INSTANT POT (11:23):
put one bag of baby carrots in the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Add one cup of vegetable stock or chicken broth.
Season with salt and pepper.
Seal your lid and make sure the vent is set to sealing.
Cook on “Manual” for 3 minutes.
fast release until the metal valve drops.
Remove and enjoy!

HOW TO make SWEET POTATOES IN THE INSTANT POT:
put your wire rack and one cup of water in the bottom of your Instant Pot.
Rinse and pierce the skin of 3 sweet potatoes with a fork.
put the sweet potatoes in your Instant Pot – try to avoid contact with the sides of your walls.
Seal your lid and make sure the vent is set to sealing.
Cook small potatoes for 18 minutes, medium potatoes for 22 minutes, and big potatoes for 26 minutes.
do a Natural Release for 8-10 minutes.
fast release to release the remaining pressure from your Instant Pot.

These are three of the healthiest, easiest recipes that you can prepare in your Instant Pot! My whole family loves to eat them and I know yours will, too!
