You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

INGREDIENTS:
Strawberry:
-4 bananas, sliced and frozen
-3/4 cup coconut milk
-2 tablespoons agave nectar
-1 1/2 cups strawberries, frozen
-1/2 cup strawberries, chopped and fresh

Pineapple Whip:
-4 1/2 cups pineapple, chopped and frozen
-3/4 cup cream of coconut

Chocolate Chip Banana:
-6 bananas, sliced and frozen
-1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
-1/4 cup chocolate chips + some for topping
