French Toast Casserole:
Loaf of crusty french baguette cut into chunks
5 eggs beaten
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix wet mixture together and pour over bread. Set aside for about 10 mins to let the mixture soak in. Add about 1/2 cup of water and the steamer tray to the pressure cooker. put the mixture in Pot and cover with foil. Cook for 25 minutes and top with your favorite french toast topping!
