4 Ingredient Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos – Dump and Go Recipe



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


It is summer time and we are busy! I don’t want to spend my night making dinner so I love making simple dump and go recipes.

This simple Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Tacos only take 4 ingredients and then any toppings you want. You could easily double this recipe and freeze it to have it on another busy night.

If you are cooking for 1-2 people I would suggest the 3 Quart. If you are cooking for more, I would suggest the 6 quart!
