Hey everyone and welcome to my channel! Today I will be showing you how to make a 5 minute – Instant Pot Leftover Rotisserie Chicken Soup and Im doing an Instant Pot Giveaway! • 1 Left Over Rotisserie Chicken
• 1 medium onion – chopped
• 3/4 of a cup of shredded carrots
• 8 ounces (cup) of dried pasta
• 4 cups of Chicken Broth
• 8 cups of water
• 1 Bunch EACH of Dill and Parsley (finely chopped)
• 1 tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of pepper (adjust seasoning to your taste)
put the leftover Rotisserie Chicken into the instant pot whole. Add the onions, shredded carrots, dry pasta, salt and pepper. Now add the Chicken broth and the water and stir lightly. put the lid on the Instant Pot and make sure the spout on top is set to “sealing”. Press the “Soup/Broth” button and adjust the time to 5 minutes. When the 5 minutes is up, allow a natural release of the steam (its done when the little silver button next to the spout falls all the way down). Open the lid and Gently remove the chicken with a skimmer and a pair of tongs. Set aside on a plate until cool enough to handle. Check the soup for any loose pieces of chicken or bones. Remove the chicken meat from the bones and shred with your fingers or 2 forks. Add the chicken back into the soup, add fresh herbs and stir. Adjust seasoning to taste. Enjoy!
