But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper just a sprinkle
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup chopped ham
(Any other toppings you love)
1 cup water for your instant pot
Wish the eggs in a big bowel then add the milk, salt pepper, onion, bell pepper, cheese, and ham. Spray your 7 inch instant pot pan with nonstick spray then pour the egg mixture into it cover tightly with aluminum foil. Add the trivet and the water to your instant pot then the pan with the egg mixture on top of the trivet. put the lid on, set your valve to sealing pressure cook on high pressure for 35 minutes with a 10 minute natural release. Enjoy

Monkey Bread:
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 can of Pillsbury original biscuits (quartered)
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
7 inch instant pot pan
1 cup water for the instant pot
Making the sauce fist, to a smaller pot add the butter let it melt down then add the brown sugar and vanilla in let the sugar dissolve whisking frequently. Quarter your your Pillsbury biscuits. In a gallon size bag add the cinnamon and sugar shake then add the quartered biscuits coat the cinnamon and sugar in the biscuits. Spray your 7 inch pan with non stick spray then add half of the butter and brown sugar mixture to the bottom then add the biscuits coded in the sugar lastly at the remainder of the brown sugar butter mixture. Tent the top with aluminum foil. Add the cup of water to the instant pot put the trivet into the instant pot then the monkey bread pan on top. Placed the lid on set to sealing. High pressure 30 minutes – 7 minute natural release!
