You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Today I am sharing 5 simple Instant Pot meals which are perfect for people who are beginning to use their Instant Pot. I really hope you love this video, subscribe as ill be uploading LOADS more videos just love this!

MEALS & INGREDIENTS:
Chicken Burrito Bowl:
1 onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 pepper, 1 tin black beans, 1 tin sweetcorn, 250g salsa,1 sachet fajita mix, 400g chicken, 1 chicken stock, 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, paprika, salt & pepper.

Lamb Curry:
1 red onion, 1 clove garlic, nub ginger, 600g chopped lamb, 1 tin plum tomatoes, 1tspn coriander, 1tspn fennel seeds, 1/2tspn turmeric, 2tbsp curry powder, 1 lamb stock cube, 250ml water, salt & pepper.

Chicken noodle Soup:
400g chicken, 1 onion, nub ginger, 3 garlic cloves, 4 celery sticks, 3 big carrots, 1tspn thyme, 1/2tspn parsley, 1tspn oregano, 400g rice noodles, 2litres chicken stock (2 stock cubes), salt & pepper.

Gammon Joint:
1 onion, 1 big carrot, 3kg gammon joint.

Porridge:
1 cup porridge (150g), 1 cup water (250ml), 1 cup milk, 1tspn cinnamon, 1tspn nutmeg, honey,
