But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

This is an awesome cut of meat i had my butcher make for me
Its a crown bone in pot roast
Just make this dish as you love but im going to show u how i do mine

Recipe
5lbs beef crown chuck roast
1 big chopped onions)
1 cup big chopped celery
Salt and pepper
1 quart water or aged school beef stock

Season roast with salt and pepper
brown in skillet with vegetable oil
After browning add beef to roasting pot and add celery and onions to pot

Add 3 tablespoons flour to remaining oil in skillet and brown slightly
Add 1 quart of water or beef stock to skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes
Pour liquid over beef and vegetables in pot and cover
put in 350 degree oven and cook for 3 hours
Remove from oven and add carrots and cook an additional 1 hours

ENJOY OVER WHITE RICE OR MASHED POTATOES
