But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Almond flour is a excellent alternative for a gluten-free diet. This flour is rich in protein, manganese, vitamin E and monounsaturated fats, low in carbohydrates, and contains fibre. This flour is a excellent substitute for all-purpose flour.

Ingredients:
Almond Flour 2 1/2 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Saffron 15-20 strands
Green Cardamom powder 1 pinch
Clarified Butter 1 tsp
Almond 10-15
