Avocado Toast | अवोकाडो टोस्ट | Healthy Breakfast | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

If breakfasts be love this, definitely no one will skip. This lovely hued toast is a great begin to your mornings.



2 medium Avocados
4 eggs
4 sour dough bread slices
Butter for applying
½ lemon
Salt to taste
Crushed black peppercorns to taste
Assorted cherry tomato halves as required
1 tsp lemon juice
Red chilli flakes for sprinkling
Salad to serve


1. Apply some butter on one side of the bread slices.
2. Heat a non-stick pan. put the bread slices with the butter side facing down. Apply some butter on top of the bread slices.
3. Vertically halve the avocado, discard the seed and scoop out the flesh into a big bowl. Squeeze the juice of lemon directly into it and mash with the assist of a fork. Add salt and crushed black peppercorns and mix well.
4. Apply a portion of the avocado mixture on to each toasted bread cut. Arrange some assorted cherry tomato halves .
5. To make one poached egg, break in an egg in a small bowl.
6. Heat sufficient water in a deep pan. Bring it to a simmer and stir the water.
7. Add ¼ tsp lemon juice in the eggs and gently slide it in the simmering water. Cook on low heat for 2-3 minutes.
8. Gently collect the poached egg and drain on an absorbent paper and put it over one of the prepared avocado toasts. Sprinkle salt, crushed black peppercorns and red chilli flakes. Serve with salad.
