Baked Ziti With Clouds by CK’s Kitchen Channel

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Who doesn’t make baked ziti, right? We all do. When I was young, it was brown some onions and beef, pour in a jar of sauce, mix with ricotta cheese, fold in some cooked ziti, pop in a lasagna pan, cover with cheese, and bake. Baked ziti.

But, I ain’t young no more. So now, I have stolen an instant pot shortcut Bolognese recipe from my buddy Jeff at @PressureLuck with a slight modification I lifted from @vincenzosplate and with all due respect to Cecil over at @SeasonLiberally for posting this just a few days after he posted his incredible looking Lasagna Bolognese. Go to each of these channels and search for their Bolognese recipes (along with all their other delicious dishes) for a better look at what a better cook (or actual trained chefs) would do to make a Bolognese. But this is mine, whattaya gonna do?
