BBQ CHICKEN SANDWICH :: INSTANT POT & SLOW COOKER RECIPE :: COOK WITH ME

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

This BBQ Chicken Sandwich recipe was so highly requested, so here it is! I love to make this in my instant pot, but it can definitely be made in a slow cooker or on the stove top. It is beyond simple, and incredibly delicious. My entire family absolutely loves this one! I hope you enjoy it too!
