¼ cup Soy Sauce
½ cup Filtered Water
1 teaspoon Coconut Sugar (substitute cane sugar)
¼ teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
¼ cup Teriyaki Sauce
4 ounces Rice Noodles
6-10 ounces Steak
1 Shallot
3 Garlic Cloves
1 teaspoon Coconut Oil (substitute any flavorless oil)
12 ounces Frozen Vegetables

Mince garlic and chop shallots. cut steak against the grain. Set Instant Pot to sauté on HIGH. When hot, add coconut oil. Add shallots and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add garlic and stir. Add steak and stir fry until steak develops color. Add soy sauce, water, sugar and chili flakes. Deglaze the bottom of the pot. put in a trivet. Add a heat proof bowl to the pot and add rice noodles. Cover rice noodles with filtered water. Close the lid. Press cancel on the Instant Pot and set to HIGH pressure for 5 minutes. Remove frozen veggies from the freezer and allow to thaw on the counter. Allow 5 minutes of natural pressure. When the pin drops, open the lid. Remove the bowl and the trivet. Add thawed veggies to the pot. Add drained noodles, teriyaki sauce and stir well. If desired set to sauté for 1-3 minutes. Serve into bowls and enjoy!
