I’m using my 8L Nutricook pressure cooker.
Here I’m using the vegetables I had in the fridge but feel free to add any other vegetables you love, such as: sitaw, eggplants, radishes, kangkong..
Also, here I’m using lemon juice as the sour agent, but you can also use sinigang mix packets or tamarind instead.
