Beef Stew in pressure cooker recipe. James Martin beef stew recipe.
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
This is my second pressure cooker beef stew recipe what I’m testing – James Martin recipe. I have modified it a little bit for a pressure cooker. I’m cooking in Pressure King Pro but actually, it will be working the same in any other pressure cooker. I have selected Pressure King pro because it is 3.5 l and my Instant Pot and sage are bigger and my family doesn’t love a stew.
