Hey Everyone! It’s Mayra from Low Carb love and today I am making the best keto chili recipe ever. I say it is the best keto and low carb chili because I haven’t found one thats better! Watch the video, subscribe, and let me know how it came out!

Chili:
1 lb ground beef (Butcherbox is my fav)
3 italian sausage links
1 can black soy beans (Edens)
1 8 oz cup tomato sauce
1 can of crushed tomatoes (or 1/2 can of a 28oz)
1 medium yellow onion
1 bell pepper (1/2 green, 1/2 red)
4 tbsp Chili seasoning (If you don’t have this, use 2 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp garlic powder and 2 tbsp cumin)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 tbsp powdered sweetener (you can also use granulated)
