You’ve probably heard of theInstant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Using grocery delivery, I received a week’s worth of groceries for my family of 8 from Aldi, Walmart, and Sprouts. My family configuration is myself, my husband, three teenagers, and three small children. We eat mostly whole foods and most meals at home. We drink water, and hardly snack. At the begin of this haul, I have a couple of meats in the freezer and a pretty well stocked pantry although the fridge was bare. Below I have all the meals I was able to make with these groceries.

ABOUT THIS CHANNEL: I’m a homeschool mom of six. I cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for my family of eight most days. Although I do take some conveniences here and there, I cook most foods from scratch. On this channel, I’m sharing recipes, food hacks, and budget friendly ideas to “accompany” your meals in the kitchen. www.accompaniments.org
