Breakfast Potatoes-Instant Pot Method
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Grab some baby red potatoes, veggies and some seasoning to make this delicious and soft breakfast potatoes using the instant pot!! Steam the potatoes to achieve that soft buttery creamy texture and then add in the other ingredients! Super simple, fast and delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup water
Handful red baby potatoes
1/2 onion
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tsp or more salt and black pepper
1 Tbsp everything but the bagel sesame seasoning
2 Tbsp oil
