Breakfast with Black eyed Beans – Instant Pot – Protein Breakfast



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


Instant Pot Breakfast with Black eyed Beans
. Perfectly cooked Blackeyed Beans . Not over cooked
Recipe for 3

Ingredients:
1. Cooked Black eyed Beans – 3/4 th to One measuring cup
2. Puffed rice – 4 measuring cups ( White puffed rice or Brown puffed rice )
3. Potato- One chopped
4. Green peas and carrots – One cup
5. Tomato- One chopped
6. Salt and Turmeric- 1/4 th tbsp
7. Curry powder or Sambar powder – 1 spoon
8. Juice of Lime – one
9. Seasoning – Oil – 2 spoons , Urad Dal -2 spoons , Mustard seeds -1/2 spoon , Cumin seeds -1 spoon
10. Roasted peanuts- 2 handfuls
11. Curry leaves and Finely chopped Coriander leaves
