Canning Hot and Sour Chicken ! Recipe , making hot and sour chicken soup !

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Today I’m pressure canning Hot and Sour Chicken . This is the first time I’m using this recipe and it is pretty spicy ! I used the recipe from Angi Scneiders book Pressure Canning for Beginners and Beyond.
In this video I also do a Pantry Pull Hot and Sour Chicken soup using pantry stable dehydrated mushrooms peas and scallions and my canned hot and sour chicken all in my instant pot !
I used pint jars and processed for 75 min at the pressure for my altitude , always check yours for proper pounds of pressure

4 lbs cubed chicken
2 c rice vinegar
2 c soy sauce
1/2 c chili garlic sauce
4 tsp brown sugar
2 tsp onion powder
