Channa for Bread – Instant Pot (VEGAN) – Episode 2115

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

3 cups small grain channa soaked overnight
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp green seasoning
1 Pimento pepper chopped
1/4 cup onion chopped

2 tbsp Avocado oil
1 tbsp mild curry
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp geera / roasted cumin powder
