Cheap, fast and simple Shoyu Ramen Recipe



You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯


But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Today we’re revisiting the most popular video on this channel and making a cheaper, quicker, easier version of a shoyu ramen. This is probably the easiest recipe on this channel and it tastes pretty damn excellent, to be honest.

Ingredients (1 Serving)

Ramen Noodles https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1sjvlcrxmek

Soup:
300ml Hot water
1 Tbsp Shoyu
1 Tsp Chinese or Japanese Chicken stock powder https://amzn.to/2BGKrtE
pinch of grated ginger
1 Tsp Lard

Ajitama tare:
1 Tbsp Shoyu
1 Tbsp Sake
1 Tsp Sugar
