Chinese Wuxi Pork Ribs! 20 min INSTANT POT Sweet and delicious Chinese Recipe

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Chinese Wuxi Ribs are our first feature in our latest pork rib theme! Thank you all for your love on our Instant Pot videos on Youtube, especially our Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup and Soy Milk videos. Just for all of you, we finished recipe testing this favorite- tender, fall-off-the-bone ribs with a glossy, sweet sauce. Wuxi ribs are from Wuxi, a city in China’s Jiangsu Province. I first fell in love with Wuxi ribs at a restaurant in Houston. After it closed down, I couldn’t find any other restaurant that made their Wuxi ribs with the same rich flavor and glossy, sweet sauce. We decided to try recreating it ourselves! We hope you love it, and please let us know if you did in the comments below!
