Cooking JUICY CHINESE BURGERS in INSTANT POT! simple Recipe for MUST TRY Pork Burgers 肉夹馍
You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
Traditional Chinese Pork Burgers 肉夹馍 is a very traditional dish and something I’ve been eating all my life. In this video i’m going to show you how to make these juicy burgers and the bun using an Instant Pot. I’ll also teach you how to cook this recipe with a regular pot too. Also, the buns are a VERY important part of this dish.
Ingredients:
DOUGH
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 cup four
.85 cup water
½ tsp baking powder
Oil
1.5 tbsp oil
Use pan then Oven 375
Pot
2 pounds meat
½ cup light soy sauce
3 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp sugar
Carrot
onions/scallions
Ginger
3 bay leaf
1 tbsp peppercorn
2 anise
1 cinnamon stick
1 kardamin
6 garlic
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp five spice
water Just enough to cover pork
2 cups of wine
30 min pressure
Add salt to taste
