You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Ending our Costco Pork Shoulder Series with a dish that I grew up with so it’s very nostalgic and near and dear to my heart. Traditionally I use pork belly and cook on the stove top for a few hours but this is a excellent shortcut version. I still prefer the traditional version but this is great in a pinch! Eat it with a hot bowl of white rice or toss with noodles and veggies either way it’s delicious!
