Cream cheese-Cheesecake KETO YOGURT

You’ve probably heard of the
Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Recipe –
1 full fat FAIRLIFE MILK
2 blocks of cream cheese
2 rounded tablespoons of a starter of your choice (yogurt) or purchase yogurt starter packs on amazon
If you want blue- 1 tablespoon of blue spirulina
Optional- 2 tsp vanilla extract
8-12 hours on yogurt in the instant pot
When it’s done, taste it… if too tart add 1/2 cup powdered keto sweetener and stir
Allow to strain for 24-48 hours.. This removed the whey and makes it low carb 😍
