But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!


This Crockpot Chicken Thigh recipe is a excellent and simple dish to prep for. Just add all the ingredients into the crockpot/slow cooker and your excellent to go. This keto friendly low carb meal is very flavorful and tastes even better the next day.

Ingredients
4-6 Chicken Thighs
1 red onion
4 green onions
4-6 cloves garlic
½ cup soy sauce
3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
1 ½ tbsp rice wine vinegar
2 tsp salt
1 tbsp pepper

Directions
Rough chop the red onion, and the green onion. chop the garlic up. Add all to the crockpot with the chicken thighs. Season with salt, pepper, ground ginger, monk fruit sweetener, soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and vinegar. Set crockpot to 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Enjoy.
