Here’s a basic but very essential Instant Pot recipe for you! This shredded chicken cooks quickly and the result is a juicy, simple pull-apart shredded chicken – you won’t believe, straight from the freezer!

My Instant Pot Shredded Chicken Recipe Notes:
1.9 lb frozen medium-sized chicken breasts
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tsp salt (to taste)
1 tsp each – garlic powder, dried onion, oregano, basil, crushed pepper, paprika (or your preferred seasonings)
put the separated frozen chicken breasts into the instant pot along with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. Let it natural release for 10-15 minutes. Shred with two forks. Done!
