Frugal Menu Planning at the Farmers Market

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Believe it or not, when it comes to frugal menu planning, you CAN begin at the farmers market. In this video, you’ll take a trip with us to our local farmers market, where I’ll show you how to find the best bargains. Then, we head back to my kitchen and I show you how to menu plan, using what you got for a great price.

We’ve shopped at farmers markets for many years. We’ve heard from some of you that you find the prices pretty inflated and, to be honest, some of them are. It leaves you wondering if you can actually support local, small, family-owned farms – and stick to a tight budget. We’ll show you how we think you can have the best of both worlds and do both.
