How to make simple Gochujang Baby Ribs

Ingredients
1 slab of baby back ribs
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1 tablespoon of minced ginger
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of ketchup
3 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
3 tablespoons Gochujang sauce
3 tablespoons of honey
2 teaspoons of dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
2 teaspoons of black vinegar
Salt
Black pepper
Crushed red pepper
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
1/2 cup water
Green onions
Sesame seeds

Instructions
1. Salt and pepper slab of rinsed and dried baby back ribs
2. Steam ribs for 25 minutes
3. fast release
4. cut slab into individual pieces
5. Clean pot and dry
6. Set instant pot to sauté setting
7. Add oil
8. Add garlic and ginger
9. Sauté
10. Add honey, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, sesame oil, black vinegar, pepper and crushed red pepper
11. Stir well
12. Add water to cornstarch and add to pot
13. Mix well
14. Add water if needed
15. Add ribs
16. Coat ribs with sauce
17. Plate
18. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
19. Enjoy!
