But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Glazed Ham is one of my all time favorite holiday recipes! This roasted glazed ham can be made with pineapple juice, mango pure, maple syrup and even honey! 2 tbsp Melted Butter
2tbsp Real Maple Syrup or Honey
2tbsp Pineapple Juice
2tbsp Mango Nectar

¼ cup Pineapple Juice
¼ cup Mango Nectar
¼ cup Pineapple Jam
¼ cup Mango Puree
¾ cup Light Brown Sugar
¼ tsp Nutmeg
¼ tsp Ground Cloves
