Gluten Free Brownies | Nutty Yogi

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Super-simple to make, Super-Healthy to consume

โฃ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€ (makes 12)โฃ
1 cup gluten free baking flour โ €โฃ
2 tbsp dark rich cocoa powder โฃ
Half cup coconut sugar โ €โฃ
3/4 cup vanilla espresso almond butter โฃ

3/4 cup milk โฃ
2 whole eggs โฃ
Half tsp salt โฃ
Half tsp baking powderโฃ

Pre-heat oven to 180C.โ €โฃ
Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt.โ €โฃ
Add the milk, almond butter, coconut sugar (you can increase as per desired sweetness) and egg. Whisk well. โ €โฃ
Pour the mix into a lined baking pan. โ €โฃ
Bake for 20 minutes(I used a convection oven). Let it stay in the microwave oven for 15minutes before moving it to room temperature. Itโ€™s best enjoyed warm โฃ
