But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

We moved to Dublin, Ireland in October 2018 and one of the first meals that we had in a restaurant, besides the traditional Fish and Chips, was Guinness Beef Stew. It was delicious and comforting. We bought a Pressure cooker, the Pressure King Pro and I decided to try this recipe using this pot. It was a total success. Here I explain the recipe that I used and step by step how to make it.
