Ham Salad: Made From Leftover Holiday Ham

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Today I am sharing with you a delicious ham salad recipe, made from leftover holiday ham. I make this two times a year, Easter and Christmas and I use my leftover ham from the holidays. I hope you enjoy!!

Ham Salad Recipe: You will need
chopped or chopped Ham
Mayo ( I use Duke’s)
Sweet pickle relish
yellow mustard
onion powder
garlic powder
worcestershire sauce
I begin with about 3 cups of chopped ham, about a cup of mayo, 1/4 c relish and mustard. dash of onion and garlic powder and a little sprinkle of worcestershire sauce. I mix in a small mixing bowl until well combined. make sure you taste this as you go, add a little more or a little less to taste.
