You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

I love sharing meal ideas with all of you! Today I make an incredible post workout breakfast burrito, for lunch I have a really fast 5 minute soup, and for dinner we try a new seasoning called Baharat in a delicious Instant Pot creation.

This is also the video debut of our brand new kitten Ollie! Crystal and I put it out to a few people that we were looking to adopt a cat and to let us know if anyone hears anything… little did we know we would have a kitten in our lives only a few weeks later.
