Procedure in Details (How to cook vegetable fried rice?):
Step 1: Boil Brown Rice (Normal white rice can also be used)
1. 1 cup brown rice
2. 1 and quarter cup water
3. 2 whistles in pressure cooker and let it cool down
Step 2: cut vegetables
1. Finely chop spinach
2. cut broccoli into small pieces
3.cut Bell Pepper in small pieces
4. 1/4 green bell pepper
5. 1/4 yellow bell pepper
6. 1/4 red bell pepper
7. 4-5 beans into small pieces
8. 1/2 carrot cut into small pieces
Step 3: Boiling Vegetables (Boiled depending on the type of vegetables)
1. Boil cut beans, carrot and corns with a pinch of salt
2. add less water so that no extra water remains after boiling
3. boil 4-5 minutes so that vegetables acquire 80% cooked
Step 4: Frying
1. 1 tablespoon desi ghee
2. 1 bay leaf
3. 1 small sized chopped onion and saute for 30 seconds
4. add chopped green chillies
5. 1 tsp chopped ginger and saute for 30 seconds
6. add spinach and saute for a minute
7. add boiled vegetables
8. salt to taste (himalyan rock salt or ever normal salt can be used)
9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
10. cover and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium flame
11. Add bell peppers, broccoli and saute for a minute
12. Add boiled rice
13. add spring onion (optional, you may use coriander leaves also)
14. saute for 2 minutes
