Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

It’s reminiscent of a traditional Thanksgiving meal with dishes that are quicker to cook. Cornish hens replace turkey, and rice stuffing for dressing. Even the greens are cooked in half the time using the instant pot.
