How I Meal Plan for Fat Loss (6 Strategies)

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Sharing 6 strategies I’ve used to meal plan for fat loss as a busy working mom.

They are:
1. Prioritize protein and veggie prep over everything else.
2. Batch make or buy low calorie sauces and spices.
3. Implement “sanity desserts”.
4. When I eat out, I chose wisely.
5. Delegate when I don’t have time.
6. PIan out what I eat the night before.

Note: A lot of you guys have been asking for more videos and I love that! love you guys!! To make it happen, I finally started to delegate portions of editing process which is more obvious than I’d love it to be in this video.
