But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Today we are making cod that is perfect for lunch or dinner. We are cooking the cod inside our Instant Pot so this recipe could not acquire any simpler. This recipe is also low carb, packed with flavor and nutrition! I’ve included a recipe card at the stop of the video so you can take a screenshot for future reference. Miso Ginger Cod:
2 Cod Fillets
1 cup Water

Sauce:
2 tablespoons White Miso Paste
¼ cup Orange Juice
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Maple Syrup
1 Garlic Clove (grated)
1 inch Piece of Ginger (grated)
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Sprinkle of Sesame Seeds (optional)

Combine sauce ingredients in a small bowl. put cod fillets on individual pieces of aluminum foil. Coat each fillet with sauce, reserving some sauce to add once cooked. Close each packet tightly. Cook reserved sauce in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Add water to the Instant Pot. put trivet inside the pot. put the foil packets on top of the trivet. Set Instant Pot to HIGH pressure for 3 minutes. Allow 5 minutes of natural pressure and then perform a fast release. Remove packets. Check internal temperature of the fish. Be sure it is at least 145F to consume safely. Top cod with a spoonful or two of the reserved sauce. Add a few sesame seeds if you are so inclined. Enjoy!

put cod on Air Fryer rack or basket. Air Fry at 400F for 1-3 minutes. (optional)

Mango Sherry Vinaigrette:
2 ½ cups Frozen Mango
¼ cup Filtered Water
2 teaspoon Honey
⅓ cup Sherry Vinegar
½ teaspoon Onion Powder
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
20 grams Fresh Basil
½ teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Pink Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
1 ½ tablespoons Olive Oil
¼ cup Hemp Hearts

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
