HOW TO make Air Fryer Potato Chips (BBQ Flavored) | Vegan & Plant Based Friendly

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

Air Fryer Potato Chips (BBQ Flavored) | Vegan & Plant Based Friendly

Russet Potatoes: 2 ea
Smoked Paprika: 1 tbsp
Onion Powder: ½ tbsp
Garlic Powder: ½ tbsp
Chili Powder: 1 tbsp
Powdered Sugar: 1 tsp
White Pepper: 1 tsp
Oil: ¼ cup
Salt Kosher: to taste

– Thinly cut russet potatoes
– Soak sliced potatoes for 15min
– Drain and re soak potatoes for another 15min
– Add water and salt to pot, bring to a boil and simmer
– Drain sliced potatoes and add to simmering water for 2 min
– Remove potatoes and cool on sheet pan
– Drizzle potatoes with oil gently to coat
– Pre heat air fryer to 375 degrees
– Add half of sliced potatoes to air fryer basket and cook in air fryer for 15 – 30 min. shack basket every 5 – 6 min. (if cooking a lot of chips, you will need to cook in batches)
– In a small bowl add salt, paprika, onion, garlic, chili and powdered sugar and mix
– Toss finished chips with desired amount of seasoning
– Eat Well!
