You’ve probably heard of theInstant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.
Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!
On today’s menu I’m going to be serving up ribs and pasta salad
YOU WILL NEED
1/2 cup of Honey Mustard dressing
1/2 cup of Sticky Fingers BBQ Sauce
1 tablespoon of Pure Honey
Season to taste
Tajin Seasoning https://amzn.to/30gGC85
Sweet baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients to make a dry rub.
Slater both sides of the ribs with the wet honey mustard mixture. Sprinkle both sides of the ribs with the dry rub. Cover and let the ribs marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Cover the bottom of the Instant Pot or pressure cooker with beef broth. Add ribs and cook for 30 minutes. Turn then cook for another 30 minutes. Brush ribs with Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce and serve with coleslaw, corn on the the cobb, fries, and/or pasta salad. Thanks for watching! love, comment, subscribe!
