Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

I am a huge fan of Asian cuisine, as I worked in a Chinese restaurant back in the day. My education in Asian cuisine has been enlightening. This recipe is super simple and it comes out fantastic every time.
