How to make Coconut Flour Bread – 2 Methods

You’ve probably heard of the Instant Pot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But these simple & easy to follow recipes work with any pressure cooker! All pressure cookers work on the same, simple principle: Steam pressure.

Within the sealed pot, the steam builds up therein to a very high pressure, which helps food cook much faster than other traditional methods, such as with crock pots and or ovens!

In this video I am showing you 2 different way to make my coconut flour bread. One is super fast & simple, the other is a little more involved but makes the lightest, fluffiest bread texture.

1/2 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup ground flax flax meal
1/4 cup arrowroot powder/tapioca flour* optional
2 teaspoons baking powder**
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup flavorless oil, love avocado oil or melted refined coconut oil
1/3 cup dairy free milk, unsweetened almond milk, coconut, etc.
2 tbsp honey optional***
sesame seeds or other seeds of choice – love sunflower seeds, chia, flax, etc.
ground flax
